Christina Ross Daniels, Ph.D.
My name is Dr. Christina (Christie) Ross Daniels.  I have served as your librarian since the 2013-2014 school year.  I have been an educator for 26 years.  I worked as a teacher and administrator for the Picayune School District from 2003 until 2011.  In 2011, I returned to Hattiesburg to teach first grade for the Hattiesburg Public School District.  During my career, I have taught community college and college students; and, I spent two years teaching pre-release inmates at the South Mississippi Correctional Institution.
I currently live in Purvis, Mississippi, with my husband Eddie (who serves as the Transportation Director for the Hattiesburg Public School District) and my daughters, Anna Grace, age 7. and Abby, age 13, and our son, Johnny, who graduated from Oak Grove High School in 2014.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, cooking, traveling, painting, making jewelry and gardening.  You may view my vita by clicking on the link below.
