JROTC

Parents, all JROTC Cadets who have uniforms both Army Combat Uniforms (ACUs) and ArmyService Uniforms (ASUs), please turn them in to the JROTC Cadre on Monday, 18 May or Tuesday, 19 May 2020 from 9 AM to 12 Noon. If you are on the Color Guard keep your ASUs and turn in other uniforms. Turn in will be in the rear of HHS by the cafeteria. One of the JROTC Cadre will be there waiting so all you have to do is drop and go. Failure to turn in your uniforms will result in your student not receiving their report card.

AP Classes during Covid-19

AP Live Review Classes
Students can continue working toward college credit with free, live review lessons, delivered by AP teachers from across the country. These mobile-friendly classes will enable students to complete the few remaining topics of each AP classes and then focus on reviewing previous skills and concepts. The classes are available on demand after the original presentation so teachers and students can access them any time. Also in response to COVID-19, The College Board is developing AP Exams for this year that students can take from home. The 45-minute open-book exams will only include topics and skills most AP teachers and students have already covered in class by early March.

Get2College recently teamed up with recruiters from 4-year colleges and 2-year colleges to host virtual workshops to address situations for seniors in regard to admissions, scholarships, and orientation regarding COVID-19. Get2College also addressed some commonly asked questions in regard to financial aid in response to COVID-19 and the current state of our economy.
